ON CONSUMPTION: Guests are requested to note that we are licensed and it is an offence to bring liquor onto the property. We reserve the right to charge corkage on each bottle brought onto the property.
RESERVATION CONTRACT: In the event of the Guest(s) leaving the Hotel before the end of the period for which they have booked, the Hotel retains the right to charge 40% of the balancee of the unused portion of the booking.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT TRENNERYS HOTEL: Kindly note that although we accept cheques in payment of deposits, we do not accept cheques in payment of accounts, unless Bank Guaranteed. Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards are accepted as well as Traveller's cheques. American Express and Diner's Club cards are regretfully not accepted at Trennerys Hotel.
PREFERENCE: NO CASH
DEPOSITS: Deposits are payable within 14 days of the reservation being confirmed, either telephonically or by correspondence. The deposit is deducted from the final bill, but otherwise is non-refundable.
