CANCELLATION POLICY

Trennerys Hotel Cancellation Policy (please note certain packages will have a different or additional Cancellation Policy – this will be outlined with the rate information at booking stage).

No verbal cancellations of reservations can be accepted. All cancellations are to reach us by email the following email reservations@trennerys.co.za

Once a reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy is imposed with immediate effect. Cancellation fees are applicable to the entire length of stay and value of the booking.

CANCELLATION FEE STRUCTURE

Individual Reservations Days prior to Arrival & Applicable Cancellation Fee

15 January – 15 December

21-14 Days before arrival 25%

14-8 Days before arrival 50%

7 or less days before arrival 100%

The above cancellation policy does not apply to group or during our peak Festive Season 15 December to 15 January – during which time full cancellation fee of 100% applies from 30 days prior to arrival, or from time of booking if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

A 100% cancellation fee applies to certain special offers and rates, this will always be indicated alongside the rate details when booking, and on the booking confirmation.

In the event of a no-show, or should you not arrive on the stated arrival date, your room will be released at 23:59 on the stated arrival date and a cancellation fee for the entire period will be charged. Should a Guest depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, a full cancellation fee for the remainder of stay will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN CONFIRMING RESERVATION PLEASE CHECK ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DATES CAREFULLY AS GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY CHANGES. SHOULD WE NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR DEPOSIT BY THE DUE DATE ABOVE, IT WILL BE DEEMED THAT YOU NO LONGER WISH TO TAKE UP YOUR RESERVATION AND IT WILL REGRETTABLY BE ALLOCATED TO THE NEXT PERSON ON THE WAITING LIST

Please note that we are a Licensed Premises and that no Liquor is allowed to be brought onto the hotel premises.

As credit card details are only taken to secure reservations, the full applicable cancellation fee as detailed above will automatically be billed to your card should we not receive prior notice of your cancellation. No further authorisation will be sought or required All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined on our website.
